I am so happy that September is over. It was a month of constant moving around for us. We didn’t have our belongings, we were unsure of where we would land and we just didn’t feel any sort of normal. I’m happy to say that we are now in our new place, our stuff arrived from Brooklyn (with a few minor scraps and breaks) and we can finally get back to some sort of routine.

Reading nothing right now. I’ve barely had any time to crack a book open. I need to snuggle in this week in the evenings and crack open a few books that I’ve been working on for some time. Hopefully our new library cards will be arriving soon too.
Watching Will & Grace on Hulu. We are also ridiculously excited about Family Matters and the rest of the TGIF line up being available now. We’ll be able to stay entertained all winter long.
Failing at Fantasy Football this year. My teams are junk and I have barely even given it five minutes with everything going on. It’s not too late to come back, but I would have a lot of work to do.
Busy putting things away. The boxes are all empty but we have a few piles of things that need a home. We are still waiting on a few things we ordered before the whole place will feel done and like home.
Excited to start checking off a few things on our Autumn Wish List. We want to soak in the last month of warmer weather. Also, I’m super excited for the wild card game tomorrow between the Twins and the Yankees. I’m hoping for some exciting baseball playoffs.
Missing our east coast people. It’s been so hard to keep up with everyone the last month, but I’m excited to get some FaceTime dates on the calendar. Plus, we haven’t been able to connect with too many people back in Minnesota yet, so October should be lots of fun.
Smelling fall candles. I bought one at Target called Pomegranate Evergreen and it is marvelous.
Eating so much unhealthy food the last month. More pizza than a person should consume. We are doing a nice little reset this month by cutting back on drinking and focusing on some real meals cooked in our kitchen. YAY! We can do that again.
Listening to this song and I love it. Welcome back Kesha.

I’m off to watch Wonder Woman and enjoy an evening that doesn’t involve cardboard boxes and cleaning supplies. Hope you all had a wonderful weekend.
